3M™ Dyneon™ LTFE 6320Z and LTFE 6350Z: New Low Temperature Fluoroelastomers

3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroelastomer LTFE 6320Z and LTFE 6350Z are terpolymers made from vinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoromethylvinylether, and contain a cure site monomer.

Product features and benefits, include:

  • Peroxide curable
  • Improved low temperature performance compared to standard peroxide grades
  • Excellent physical properties

These low temperature fluoroelastomers can be used for manufacturing parts such as o-rings for fuel injectors and other parts using injection and transfer molding, extrusion, and calendering manufacturing processes.

They may also be suitable alternatives to the following discontinued products: Solvay Tecnoflon® PL 455 and PL 855.
