Introduction to Fluoroelastomers Webinar by 3M and RDAbbott (September 22)

RDAbbott and 3M are co-hosting a free webinar that will provide industry professionals with an introduction to fluoroelastomers (FKM), highly fluorinated polymers that can withstand high heat, harsh chemicals, and crushing pressures.

3M’s Nena Serios will provide the technical presentation and cover topics, such as:

RDAbbott’s Rick Ziebell will kick off the event and moderate the Q&A session.

About the Presenters

Nena Serios is an Application Engineer for 3M. A graduate of Hamline University, she has over three decades of industry experience. For many years, Nena worked as a Technical Service Specialist for 3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoropolymers. In her current role, she is responsible for technical account management in 3M’s Fluoroelastomer and Specialty Additives business.

Rick Ziebell is the Technical Fellow and Vice President of Technology for RDAbbott. He has more than 30 years of experience in the rubber industry and has worked for both raw material suppliers and fabricators. The holder of several patents in silicone technology, Rick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Materials Engineering from California State Polytechnic University.
