Roembke Quick Prototype Systems & Liquid-Valve Cold Decks
Quick Prototype Systems
Roembke Mfg. & Design has developed a unique system to handle your needs for the fast turnarounds required during the prototyping stage of development. Their proprietary Quick Prototype System (QPS) allows you to test iterative design and material changes without incurring the typical costs or lengthy lead times associated with building a full production mold or bridge mold.
Roembke has systems available for both LSR and HCR materials. These systems offer a range of advantages of typical molding options. They are compact, versatile, and allow for quick mold changes and setups—while providing production-equivalent parts for you to test various material grades, establish shrink rates, compare parting line/gate locations, and verify automation strategies.
Liquid-Valve Cold Deck Systems
Roembke has also developed their own proprietary line of stand-alone Liquid-Valve Cold Deck Systems. These systems are available in 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64 drops. They are built in-house to Roembke’s high quality standards, and they are designed with the end user and easy maintenance in mind. They are also built to be easily cleaned, assembled, and disassembled, with options for in-press maintenance.
All nozzle components are standardized, available in stock, and ready to ship when a customer needs them. Additional options, like independent valve gate controls are also available to the end user.
Roembke Mfg. & Design is an industry-leading U.S. manufacturer of precision rubber tools. Roembke specializes in LSR and rubber molds, plastic molds, LSR cold decks, molding automation solutions, downstream automation solutions and complete turnkey molding solutions. Their unique mold designs and machining technologies allow for easy mold processing.
