RDAbbott Moves its Headquarters from Cerritos to Garden Grove, California

RDAbbott has successfully moved its headquarters from Cerritos, California, to our new location at 11958 Monarch Street in Garden Grove. Although we moved just eight miles, the effort was considerable, and the results demonstrated the value of teamwork.

Planning for the move began in January, a new lease was signed in February, and the move was finished by the end of March. In just 60 days, members of the Move Team completed 180 time-sensitive tasks. Late nights, early mornings, weekend work, and countless calls and emails were all part of the effort.

At a Garden Grove open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 1, RDAbbott celebrated the move with employees, vendors, families and friends. The festivities included a facility tour, food, games, door prizes, and an acknowledgement ceremony.

Jennifer Perez, Chief of Staff at RDAbbott, thanked the Move Team for its hard work and dedication. “I’m so appreciative of each and every one of you,” she said. “It truly was a team effort.” Perez also gave special recognition to the Ramiro Gonzalez construction crew, Jose Gonzalez, Jeff Bahash, and Jon Scarpa for their significant contributions throughout the entire demolition, construction, and moving process.

There were many different roles to play, and the following personnel were acknowledged for their efforts:

Keith Thomas, CEO of RDAbbott, emphasized the importance of this accomplishment. “We moved our offices. We moved our warehouse. We moved our IT infrastructure. We moved our lab,” he exclaimed! Thomas also gave special thanks to Perez, whom he described as the move’s “leader and quarterback.”
