Thermax® N990CG from Cancarb Limited is a food-grade, low-PAH, medium thermal carbon black that’s designed for food contact and potable water applications. It meets U.S. and EU regulations and can be used as a drop-in replacement for standard Thermax® N990 in rubber formulations.
Cancarb is the first manufacturer of thermal carbon black to purposefully create a low-PAH grade product. Thermax® N990CG gives customers the ability to minimize the amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in their products without sacrificing quality and performance.
