New Home for RDAbbott’s California Service Center

Rest assured, we are working diligently to make this transition seamless, so you continue to receive the exceptional service and technical support you deserve. This page provides key details to help minimize any disruptions to your business needs during this transition.
The moving and renovating processes are expected to be completed by March 30, 2022.
We expect to close shipping and receiving for three (3) business days, but please bear in mind that these dates could change due to circumstances beyond our control:
- March 15 will be the LAST shipping day from our Cerritos facility.
- March 16 – 18 our California warehouses will be closed as we move our raw materials to the Garden Grove facility. As a result, there will be no order pickups or deliveries from our California facilities during these dates.
- March 21 will be the FIRST shipping day from our Garden Grove facility.
Here are the service hours for our new facility:
- Customer Service Hours: 5:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (PT) Monday – Friday
- Receiving Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (PT) Monday – Friday
- Shipping Hours: 12:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (PT) Monday – Friday
The following will NOT be impacted by this move:
- Our phone and fax numbers will not be changing.
