RDAbbott recently hired Cristina DiFranco and Brittany Ploep as Account Managers. Cristina is based in Cleveland, Ohio, and serves the Northeastern United States. Brittany will be based in and serve the Southeastern United States. As RDAbbott Account Managers, they will build relationships, foster growth, provide technical support, communicate with suppliers, and provide the best overall solutions for customers in their respective regions.
Beth Sepulveda, RDAbbott’s Credit Manager, celebrated her 20-year work anniversary on March 1, 2024. When she joined RDAbbott in 2004, the company was fairly small. It has since grown over ten-fold. Beth has been an important pillar of this tremendous growth and combines diligence with creative problem-solving and empathetic listening. By embodying RDAbbott’s values, she has also earned the respect of her peers.

RDAbbott has joined forces with Cancarb Limited as its exclusive distributor for Thermax® brand medium thermal carbon black in Mexico. This strategic agreement, effective June 25, 2023, aims to expand market presence and deliver exceptional technical support to customers. RDAbbott’s Mexico subsidiary, RDAbbott de México S. de R.L. de C.V., will facilitate and manage the distribution operations locally. RDAbbott has represented Cancarb products in the United States and Canada since 2017.

RDAbbott has hired Sean Djuricic as Account Manager for outside sales starting with the U.S. West Coast. Sean is a rubber industry professional with 20+ years of sales and marketing experience. Previously, Sean was the sales and marketing manager for Akron Rubber Development Laboratory, Inc. (ARDL), which provides testing and development services to the rubber and plastic industries.
As you’ve likely heard, RDAbbott’s Service Center in Cerritos, California, is relocating to Garden Grove, California (just 8 miles from its current location). Our new address will be 11958 Monarch Street Garden Grove, CA 92841.
RDAbbott recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the headquarters for NovationSi, its manufacturing subsidiary, at 25 Foundation Place in Barberton, Ohio. The 127,126 sq. ft. facility is also the Northeast hub for RDAbbott. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Friday, October 8, 2021, at 8:30 AM and followed by guided tours.
RDAbbott has released a humorous holiday video called “The RDAbbott Bunch,” a joyful parody of the theme song from “The Brady Bunch,” a popular television show from the 1970s. RDAbbott’s 2020 Christmas video was recorded and produced remotely because of the COVID-19 pandemic and features 16 singing employees (plus kids and pets) in separate, socially distanced locations.
