Our Technical Presentation

RDAbbott’s Patrick Trujillo will present Customer Ease of Doing Business (CEDB), an innovative approach to measuring customer health that moves beyond traditional satisfaction surveys to provide real-time, actionable insight into the customer experience.

Customer satisfaction surveys often provide valuable feedback, but they can be limited by low participation rates and their nature as lagging indicators. Patrick’s presentation will explore how organizations can use operational data to proactively identify customer concerns and uncover opportunities for improvement before they impact business relationships.

This presentation will cover:

  • The limitations of traditional customer satisfaction surveys
  • Developing a proactive CEDB metric
  • The four key components of customer experience: product quality, product delivery, customer relations, and billing
  • Using operational data to identify at-risk customers and improve customer health
  • Applying weighted metrics to create a single customer-level CEDB score

As organizations seek more effective ways to measure and improve the customer experience, this approach demonstrates how business intelligence and operational performance data can be transformed into actionable insights that support stronger customer relationships and long-term growth.
