This year, RDAbbott proudly celebrates a remarkable milestone as CEO Keith Thomas marks 25 years of leadership with the company. Since assuming leadership in 2001, Keith has helped guide RDAbbott through a period of significant growth and transformation. Under his leadership, the company expanded its technical capabilities, broadened its portfolio of high-performance elastomer and polymer solutions, strengthened relationships with world-class supplier partners, extended its presence across North America, established operations in Mexico and Canada, invested in advanced laboratory and manufacturing resources, and continued to evolve alongside the industries and customers it serves.
RDAbbott is announcing the retirement of Scott Legleu, a rubber industry veteran with 43 years of service. Scott joined RDAbbott as a Business Development Manager in 2017 but began his rubber industry career decades earlier after working as a schoolteacher in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Colleagues from across the industry and throughout Scott’s long and successful career describe him as honest, helpful, kind, and a good listener.
