This free, online event will highlight a discussion between Krista, the featured guest, and Terry DeLapa, the first-ever woman Chair in the Rubber Division’s 100-year history.

Krista is a Business Line Manager with RDAbbott who brings 20+ years of experience, both on the manufacturing and supply sides of the rubber industry, to her role as Chair-Elect for Rubber Division, ACS. Her previous Rubber Division service includes participation in the Membership, Marketing, and Future Sites committees. She was also a panelist for the first-ever WORD Workshop in 2019.

Krista received her MBA from West Virginia University and is a founding member of the Bourbon Trail Elastomer Group. In her current role with RDAbbott, she fosters sales growth, provides technical support, and serves as a liaison with RDAbbott’s supplier partners to ensure the best overall solutions for RDAbbott’s customers while meeting the objectives of supplier-partners.

Krista was featured recently in Rubber News and will become Chair of the Rubber Division in 2024.
