CIM 2023 Convention & Expo (April 30 to May 3)

RDAbbott Canada, Ltd., a division of RDAbbott, will showcase materials and technologies for the mining industry at the CIM Convention & Expo in Montreal, Canada, in Booth #2028 this spring.

CIM, the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, is hosting the CIM Convention & Expo at the Palais des congrès, Montréal in Montreal, Canada. The Convention runs from April 30 to May 3 and includes short courses and presentations. The Expo runs from April 30 to May 2.

At the CIM Expo, RDAbbott will feature product lines from the following supplier partners, all of whom provide materials and technologies to the mining industry.

Visitors to RDAbbott’s booth will also learn about Parker Lord Chemlok^® Cold Bond (CB) Adhesives for faster, easier repairs. Parker Lord is well-known for its vulcanizing adhesives (hot bonders), but now offers adhesives that do not require the application of heat. Products include Chemlok^® CB 150 Adhesive, a new one-part system that bonds vulcanized rubber-to-rubber and rubber-to-metal at ambient temperatures. This innovative adhesive system does not require dumping and mixing, has an unlimited pot for less waste, and offers longer open times. Like other Chemlok^® CB Adhesives, this product is free of trichloroethyelene (TCE) and has significantly low levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
