RDAbbott is celebrating Tom Martin’s 25 years with our company and recognizing his many contributions to the rubber industry. During his lengthy career, he’s done everything from plant maintenance to working as a mill operator, calendar operator, lab technician, chemist, estimator, technical service representative, and account representative. While he followed in his father’s rubber industry footsteps, he’s clearly left his own mark.

RDAbbott has named David Lalancette as Account Manager for Quebec and the Canadian maritime provinces. Lalancette has more than 20 years of experience in technical sales and account management. As Account Manager for RDAbbott Canada, Ltd., Lalancette is responsible for technical sales and managing customer support.

We invite you to join us at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (UWM) School of Continuing Education’s 2020 Silicone Elastomers Technology and Fabrication Course from February 17-20 at the Embassy Suites in Anaheim, CA.

Join us Monday, February 10, from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM for a Rheology Applications Course taught by an Alpha Technologies’ Applications Specialist and hosted at RDAbbott’s headquarters in Cerritos, California.

RDAbbott teamed up with Cancarb and ARLANXEO to explore elastomer sealing performance advancements using Thermax® N990 and X_Butyl® Bromobutyl designed for hydrogen fuel system technologies.

RDAbbott is proud to announce its partnership with Toshiba Machine in Hall 15, Booth B04, at the K 2019 in Germany to produce an automotive LED headlamp optic made of Dow SILASTIC™ MS-1002 Moldable Optical Silicone. All participating partners in this collaborative production cell include: Toshiba Machines, EPF Automation, Dow, ELMET, M.R. Mold & Engineering, Frigel, Yushin America, Inc., LumenFlow Corp., and RDAbbott.

We are looking forward to participating in the UWM School of Continuing Education’s 2019 Silicone Elastomers Technology and Fabrication Course February 12 – 15 at the Embassy Suites in Anaheim, CA.
