RDC S.r.l., a global supplier of pre-dispersed chemicals and additives, has revised its product brochure for the rubber and thermoplastic industries. The highlights include a new section about the company’s Premix® Specialties and new pages about its Veaflame flame suppressors and Films and Bags for Chemical Pre-Dosing. There are several other changes as well.

Five grades of PremiX® polymer-bound materials from RDC meet the EU’s Seveso III (2012/18/EU) Directive for hazardous substances. That makes these products safer, easier and less expensive to ship, store, and handle. The five grades are PremiX® ZNO 80, PremiX® ZNO Active, PremiX® CBS 80, PremiX® TBBS 80, and PremiX® MBTS 80.

PremiX® MgO 74 is an additive for extruded and injection molded articles made of chlorinated polymers. This vulcanization activator and acid receptor is based on a high-activity magnesium oxide (MgO) and can be mixed with PremiX® ZnO for a good balance of processing safety and cure rate. PremiX® MgO 74 contains 74% activated magnesium oxide and improves stability, resists scorching, and has a long shelf life.
