Adam Shaal, B.S. BME; Business Development Manager for Roembke Mfg. & Design Inc.

Adam Shaal is a Business Development Manager at Roembke Mfg. & Design, one of the leading mold-making companies in North America. He has over 15 years of experience in the silicone industry, working in various roles such as product development, process engineering, and technical sales. He has a strong background in biomedical engineering, having earned his B.S. degree from Purdue University. Adam is passionate about delivering innovative tooling solutions for the medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer markets.

Binbin Luo, Technical Service & Development Scientist at Dow

Binbin Luo is a Technical Service & Development Scientist at Dow, specializing in liquid silicone elastomers. Since joining Dow, Binbin has led innovation across silicone technologies, including advancements in adhesion science, material processing, and application development for various markets. He actively engages with customers through technical training and problem-solving. Binbin holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Material Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China.

Bryce Maczko, Technical Sales for Sodick IMM by Plustech Inc.

Bryce Maczko has been at Plustech for a little over a year in the Technical Sales position. He oversees sales and distribution of high-performance Sodick injection molding machines in Western Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York territories.

Craig Lustek, LSR Application / Business Development Engineer for RDAbbott

Craig Lustek has more than 20 years of experience in process engineering, research and development, product management and manufacturing. Before joining RDAbbott, Craig was an Application Engineer for one of the world’s largest manufacturers of plastics injection molding machines (IMM). He has also worked as a Process Engineer for a supplier of silicone Liquid Injection Molding Machines (LIMs). As an RDAbbott Application Engineer, Craig shares his in-depth knowledge of LIMs by developing technical resources and procedures, defining optimal IMM processes and setups, consulting with customers, and training key personnel.

Len Hampton, National Sales Manager for Sodick IMM by Plustech Inc.

With over 30 years of experience in the Plastics machinery industry, Len Hampton is a seasoned sales leader and manufacturing operations expert. As the National Sales Manager at Sodick IMM by Plustech Inc. for over 19 years, Len oversees the sales and distribution of high-performance Sodick injection molding machines across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Mike Pelletier, Sales & Business Development Manager for Nexus Elastomer Systems Inc.

Mike Pelletier is the Sales & Business Development Manager for Nexus Elastomer System’s North America operations. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the LSR industry and has a strong technical sales and business development background, particularly in LSR meter-mix-dispense technologies. Mike also brings experience in other material processing, such as RTVs, epoxies, urethanes, composites and foams, to name a few.
