Craig Lustek, RDAbbott’s LSR Application Engineer, will co-present a Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) Processing Webinar with Sodick & Friends on July 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM (CST). Sodick & Friends is the free webinar series from Sodick Co. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of precision injection molding equipment and a division of Plustech, which distributes and supports Sodick’s equipment in North America.
This 1-hour session includes 30+ minutes of pre-recorded, in-cell training followed by a live Q&A session with presenters from across the silicone industry. Adam Shaal is a Business Development Manager at Roembke Mfg. & Design, one of the leading mold-making companies in North America. He has over 15 years of experience in the silicone industry, working in various roles such as product development, process engineering, and technical sales. He has a strong background in biomedical engineering, having earned his B.S. degree from Purdue University. Adam is passionate about delivering innovative tooling solutions for the medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer markets.
Bryce Maczko has been at Plustech for a little over a year in the Technical Sales position. He oversees sales and distribution of high-performance Sodick injection molding machines in Western Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York territories.
Craig Lustek has more than 25 years of experience in process engineering, research and development, product management and manufacturing. Before joining RDAbbott, Craig was an Application Engineer for one of the world’s largest manufacturers of plastics injection molding machines (IMM). He has also worked as a Process Engineer for a supplier of silicone Liquid Injection Molding Machines (LIMs). As an RDAbbott Application Engineer, Craig shares his in-depth knowledge of LIMs by developing technical resources and procedures, defining optimal IMM processes and setups, consulting with customers, and training key personnel.
Nicholas Hallett is the North American Service Technician for Nexus Elastomer Systems Inc., based at the Elastomer Competence Center USA. In his role, he supports LSR processors with maintenance, troubleshooting, and tailored service solutions designed to improve performance and reliability. With extensive industry experience and a hands-on approach, Nicholas is committed to helping customers overcome challenges and achieve maximum satisfaction through responsive, expert support.
